A former primary school in a Norfolk village has come up for sale.
Marsham Primary School, which closed last September with just 13 pupils, is on the market.
Governors of the Hevingham and Marsham Federation had proposed the closure of Marsham Primary School, with the consultation process beginning in November 2023.

The decision to close the school followed a consultation period and a determination signed by Sara Tough, executive director of children’s services at Norfolk County Council.

The sales agent describes the property as having the potential to become a four to five-bedroom single-storey home.
The building still houses several classrooms, a commercial kitchen, a staff room, various store rooms and toilets.
There are also two tarmac play areas at the front and rear of the site, with a grassed playing field beyond and an area for parking.
The school is listed at £450,000.
