A town trust will be introducing a new incentive to make a beauty spot "more attractive" for boat users next year.
Beccles Fenland Charity Trust has decided to give all annual moorers free parking at Quay car park in Beccles from April next year.
Paul Cunningham, town clerk and member of the trust, said the idea was proposed to increase the number of annual moorers.

He said: "We have more vacancies for annual moorings than we normally have."
"The feedback we received was: 'We have to pay for parking'."
Parking is available in a large car park off Fen Lane and costs £4.50 per day, £24.50 for seven days, and £35 for ten days.
