A new pizza restaurant is set to open in an empty unit in Castle Quarter.
The Redwell Vault Pizzeria is the latest business to announce plans to move into the top floor of the shopping centre.
The business currently operates out of Redwell Brewing Company and Taproom in Trowse and this will be the first additional branch of the popular restaurant.
Owner Sam Brown said: "It is really exciting to be expanding the brand at Redwell.
"We will be serving hot pizza by the slice as a quick grab-and-go lunch option rather than the full pizzas that we sell at the brewery.
"We really feel that this will complement the other offerings already in Castle Quarter and add to the overall experience."
The site was once the home of Hank's Dirty vegan restaurant before it relocated to the former home of Cocina on level four of Castle Quarter in 2023.
The unit has been empty ever since.
The pizzeria will be selling a range of toppings, including vegetarian and vegan options.
Mr Brown said: "We will be serving our core best sellers, which have all been created from scratch.
"Diners will have the choice of our barbecue pig pizza, which is pulled pork, maple-cured bacon and chorizo, our beefy blue pizza, which is beef brisket, blue cheese and caramelised onion relish, our Margherita, four cheese and the Sylvia, which is named after my grandma and has roasted Mediterranean vegetables and basil pesto on top."

Mr Brown also owns the Giant Yorkie Roast Co. Wraps next door to the new pizzeria.
He said: "The team at Castle Quarter has been very supportive of us and the other independents in the area.
"We like to work with people we have a good relationship with and are excited to see the brands continue to grow in Castle Quarter."
Mr Brown said that the Redwell Valut Pizzeria will be opening in December, but a date has not yet been set.
