The first farmers' market to come to a town was a well-received success with the mayor of the town excited for the future of the event.
The new market, organised by Attleborough Town Council, will continue on the first Saturday of every month.
This was following the the success of the Thursday market in Queen's Square which has been “going from strength to strength every week”.

Mayor Taila Taylor said: "Despite four traders being unable to attend, the first farmers' market feels like a notable success.
"Most of the traders present reporting a good morning trade and attracting an excellent footfall through Queens Square.
"It was lovely to see and experience."
She has hopes that the success of the first market will only grow as more events come, adding: "It's anticipated to grow and thrive, just as the charter market has before it.
"We already have 12 stalls expected to be in attendance at the next market taking place December 7."
Ms Taylor expressed her gratitude to everyone who made the market possible.
