Plans for a new home on an infill plot between two houses have been given the go-ahead.
West Norfolk Council has agreed proposals for land at Tilney cum Islington, near King's Lynn.
A planning statement said the new property, on High Road, would have four bedrooms.
"The plot has been positioned sensitive to the adjacent dwellings and to avoid overlooking," it adds.
High Road runs between two land drainage channels - the Smeeth Lode and Mill Basin.

The Environment Agency said it did not object on flood risk grounds providing floor levels were set 0.6m above ground level.
The council's emergency planning officer said occupants of the property should sign up to the EA's flood warnings.
Ward councillor Barry Ayres said he was pleased to see an infill site being developed.
There were no objections from Tilney Parish Council or neighbours.
