The locals of Norfolk's "Chelsea-on-sea" have been named among the happiest people in the UK according to a recent study.
With nearly half the homes in Burnham Market worth more than £1m, the village has become a site to spot the rich and famous.
Now it has been revealed that money can buy happiness with it being named one of the most joyous places in Britain.

the village is just a stone's throw away from the coast and attracts many holiday-goers to take in the quintessential Norfolk scenery and charm.
Sitting in an area of outstanding natural beauty,For a village of its size, Burnham Market has a buzzing and vibrant food scene and is home to some of the best restaurants and shops Norfolk has to offer.
The study by Furniturebox found Stratford-upon-Avon to be the happiest place, closely followed by Harrogate in North Yorkshire and Whitley Bay in Tyne and Wear.
