A second woman has died after a group of friends travelling home from a Halloween celebration were involved in a crash on the A11.
The collision happened in the early hours of Sunday morning when a black Mini One came off the road on the southbound side of the Hethersett bypass near Ketteringham and hit a tree.
The driver of the Mini - a woman in her 30s - died at Addenbrooke's Hospital in Cambridge on Tuesday.
A rear passenger in the car, named as 29-year-old Sara Isabel Ribeiro, died at the scene.
Two other passengers, a woman in her 20s and a man in his 30s, were taken to hospital for further treatment after suffering serious injuries but are in stable condition.
Emergency services, including two air ambulances and nine road ambulances, were called to the scene at around 5.30am.
The road remained closed for more than six hours as teams worked to make the scene safe.
Many of Ms Ribeiro's friends and family have taken to social media to share their heartbreak following the tragedy.
Tânia Shivalux wrote: "My girl with a simple smile and pure soul. I will forever cherish all of our laughs followed by a hug full of love.
"Fly high and watch over us."
"I'm speechless," Andreia Lopes added. " A sadness that invades all of us and a feeling of revolt and injustice that is this life."
Police are appealing to the public for anyone who may have witnessed the crash and in particular seen the manner of driving of the Mini before the incident.
Anyone who has any information or has relevant dashcam footage is asked to contact Norfolk Constabulary on 101 or via email at SCIU@norfolk.police.uk quoting CAD 69 of November 3.
