A parcel of land featuring two garages is set to be auctioned off next month.

The property, covering a third of an acre, is at the back of 63 The Avenue, in Pakefield,  Lowestoft.

It is being marketed by Auction House East Anglia and is due to be sold on a freehold  tenure.

The land is in a conservation area and can be accessed via The Avenue at the front and Walmer Road to the rear.

A bid to install a new bungalow on land to the north and west of 63 The Avenue  was refused by East Suffolk Council last year, and further refused on appeal.
