A new thriller set on Norfolk's coast was inspired by a burnt-out fisherman's cabin and discarded photos.
Set to be published on November 28, Touch Paper is set in the early 2000s along the county's beaches.
Author David Ford said: “The book was inspired by some torn up and discarded snapshots of teenagers drinking that I found in a burnt-out building on the coast of Norfolk.
"I wanted to explore how tragic mistakes made when we are young can haunt our adult lives."
The plot centres around Becky Sullivan, who, along with her friends, lures a young teacher to a secluded cabin to blackmail him.
