Concerns have been raised around a large, mystery hole which has appeared along a narrow pavement.
The hole appeared in a Post Office telephone manhole cover, on the corner of Stracey Road and Lower Clarence Road.
Those living nearby want action from Norfolk County Council to fix the issue as soon as possible.
One concerned local said she spotted the hole while out on a walk at 5.30pm and was concerned that only a cone was being used to protect passers by.

She added: "What if someone gets their leg stuck down it? I think the council should have raced out here and secured it immediately.
"A cat or a dog could easily get trapped down there. It's very dangerous and could end up in a serious injury."
A plastic barrier has been put up around the hole by an Openreach technician, who said a board should be put down because: "Where it is could be awkward or dangerous for anyone with a buggy or wheelchair."
A Norfolk County Council spokeswoman said: "This was reported to BT this morning for urgent repair and should be fixed shortly."
