As a Norwich contestant reaches the final five on The Great British Bake Off, we look at her chances of winning.

It has been a rollercoaster ride on the Channel 4 show for midwife and author Illiyin Morrison, 31.

She earned a highly sought-after 'Hollywood handshake' from judge Paul for her cinnamon roll loaf cake during the first episode.

The following week, she fainted at the end of the showstopper challenge.

Betting websites put 20-year-old retail assistant and two-time Star Baker Dylan Bachelet as the front-runner to win the competition.

But anything can happen on Bake Off as demonstrated by the person eliminated on Dessert Week, which aired on Tuesday night.

Sumayah Kazi left the tent but had been Star Baker the week before.

Illiyin has had some standout moments on the show and her showstopper tiramisu on Tuesday night's episode went down a storm with Paul and Prue.

She has a quiet confidence and now there are fewer bakers in the tent she is getting more screentime and viewers are seeing her passion and talent in the kitchen.

Plus, everyone loves an underdog and without the pressure that the front-runners have on them, she could clinch the win.

The Great British Bake Off airs on Channel 4 on Tuesdays at 8pm.
