Tributes have continued to pour in for a devoted mother who dedicated her life to caring for her young daughter.
Dawn Lossau, from Spixworth, died unexpectedly last month at the age of 52.
She was the mother of 17-year-old Maisie Lossau, who passed away two years ago following a dogged journey with a brain tumour discovered when she was just 10.
Mrs Lossau and husband Darrell helped inspire others by sharing their experience as a family, collectively becoming known as Team Awesome.
Since her death, tributes have flooded into this paper for the mother-of-one.
Sharon Harvey described Dawn as her “oldest friend" and said: “Dawn you were amazing and so inspirational.”
Another friend Teresa Haistead added: “You were taken from this world far too soon, as was your beautiful Maisie.
“Two beautiful angels together always now. I'm grateful for your friendship over the years.”
Schoolfriend Jo bull said: “Dawn was a very special lady who will be sorely missed.
“She was a fantastic mother to Maisie, and she will hold a special place in my heart.
“When we hit our teens, she was always available as security in the city clubs.
“I will never forget her.”
A second schoolfriend, Marcus Cole, who shared a photograph from their days at Bignold Junior, said: “Such sad news, taken way too early. Bignold school days never forgotten.”
Former Black Thunder Girl Chrissie Richardson, who worked with Dawn at Radio Broadland, added: “So shocked and so sad to hear the news of Dawn’s passing.
“I went through a similar brain tumour experience as Maisie and followed the team awesome journey on Facebook. I am truly heartbroken for Darrell.”
Another former colleague, based at Leathes Prior where Dawn worked for more than 17 years, also paid tribute. Dan Chapman said: “It was a true privilege to work alongside someone as inspiring as Dawn.
“Her positivity, even when most would cease to be positive, was humbling to us all.
“It is beyond contemplation that Darrell has to experience such tragic loss again and he will forever be in our thoughts, as will our beloved Dawn.”
Others described her as "beautiful inside and out” and an “amazing and inspirational woman” with the “biggest heart”.
Mrs Lossau died on the evening of October 27, having fallen ill earlier that day.
She was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital, where she died having suffered a stroke and a blood clot.
