A new stall selling Japanese street fashion, jewellery and character merchandise is coming to Norwich Market.
It will be run as a collaboration between best friends Katherine Rose, 29, and Jessica Fulcher, 25, who love Japanese and kawaii culture and run their own small businesses based on different aspects of it.
They met through a social group for East Anglian fans of EGL fashion.
The trend originated on the streets of Tokyo during the 1990s feminist movement and combines a blend of gothic and retro concepts.
Katherine's brand R.R. Memorandum sells EGL clothes and accessories produced at her studio in Norwich while Jessica's Bittersweet Bunny Atelier focuses mainly on second-hand kawaii character import goods

Miss Rose explained their businesses will be a good addition to the market as there is already a growing fascination with the culture in and around Norwich.
"The community has been having a real resurgence in the UK post-covid with various large events being held - even some here in Norwich," she said.
"The events have been really exciting to take part in as a designer and sometimes organiser."
She added her stand-out style is often noticed by passersby.
"On occasion, I’ll meet somebody new and they’ll tell me they noticed me in the area before," she said. "That's always interesting."
The pop-up will run from November 18 until December 1.
