The victim of a fatal city stabbing has now been named as Abdulkadar Chadli, 48.
Police were called to Mousehold Street in Norwich just after 10pm on Friday (November 1) following reports that a man had been stabbed.
Mr Chadli was sadly pronounced dead at the scene. An initial post-mortem examination later found he had died from a stab wound to the chest.
Elvis Vickers, 46, and Craig Townsend, 37, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of murder.
Townsend was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre and subsequently released on police bail until January 2025, pending further enquiries.
Vickers, of Mousehold Street, Norwich, was charged and appeared at Great Yarmouth Magistrates Court today (Monday, November 4).
He was remanded into custody to appear at Norwich Crown Court tomorrow (Tuesday, November 5).
A police cordon remains at the Mousehold Street address while the investigation is ongoing.
