A Norwich chef's dish was celebrated on a BBC One food show at the weekend.
Renowned food critic Jay Rayner recently released his first cookbook Nights Out at Home.
It features 60 recipes inspired by his favourite dishes across the UK and further afield.

This includes charred hispi cabbage with a twist from chef Jimmy Preston at XO Kitchen in St Georges Street, Norwich.
It is topped with an 'XO crumb' made with pickled onion Monster Munch, Scampi Fries and Frazzles.
Rayner reviewed XO Kitchen for The Observer in 2022 and praised the restaurant for its "face-slapping flavours".
He appeared on the BBC One show Saturday Kitchen at the weekend and cooked the hispi cabbage dish.
It was topped with the XO crumb, black bean sauce and vinaigrette.

It impressed presenter Matt Tebbutt and the other guests, including TV and radio presenter Sara Cox.
