"Serving the Attleborough community with authentic Indian flavours, from cosy dine-in experiences to your favourite takeaways, has been an incredible journey."
After opening in May 2023, the restaurant was well received, winning a regional award for Best Newcomer at the Asian Restaurant Awards just five months later.
Shimla's served a selection of authentic Indian classics as well as its chef's spin on the cuisine from the king prawn sally special to a xacuti chicken.

The restaurant wanted to thank its customers, adding: "We’ve loved being part of your special moments, celebrations, and everyday meals.
"Each one of you made Shimla’s feel like more than just a restaurant. We’ll forever cherish the memories shared within these walls.
"This may be goodbye for now, but we hope our food has left you with memories as warm as the spices we served."
