County Hall is disposing of nearly an acre of land and school buildings, including a swimming pool, which were formerly home to a village primary.
Norfolk County Council is disposing of 0.82 acres of the former Blofield Primary School site in North Street.
Classroom buildings, a swimming pool and 1,500 square metres of playing field, which have all been vacant since spring, are included, .
County councils can sell off any land they do not need, so long as they get consent from the Secretary of State.

In this case the Secretary of State for Education has requested that there should be consultation with local stakeholders over the proposals for the future use of the former playing field, specifically.
Pupils and staff will be moved to the village's new 420-place school in nearby Plantation Road when it isPlans to hand over the land to the parish council were laid out in July, with the authority hoping to turn it into a "much-needed" community hub, playground and car park.
Anybody wishing to comment on the sale should contact the county council's School Organisation Team by December 13.
