A new wellness directory to support health and wellbeing has been launched.
Feel Good Norfolk (FGN), a not-for-profit organisation, has created a directory to connect local wellness businesses with residents across the county.
Available from November 4 at www.feelgoodnorfolk.co.uk, the user-friendly platform aims to make it easier for people to find trusted resources and services for mental and physical health.
The directory is part of Feel Good Norfolk's mission to make the county the UK's wellness capital.
Sarah Groves, founder of Feel Good Norfolk, said: “We founded Feel Good Norfolk to create a community that is connected, purposeful, and inspired to improve wellbeing across the county.
“So often, people don’t know where to turn when it comes to accessing support for their mental and physical wellbeing.
"Our new directory aims to change that by providing a simple, reliable way to find local wellness services that meet their needs.
"This directory is more than a tool; it’s an invitation for wellness businesses and local people to come together and feel part of a larger purpose.
"By connecting residents with trusted practitioners, we’re not only helping individuals take charge of their health, but also building a stronger, more supportive community across Norfolk.”
