A retrospective bid has been made to change an agricultural barn into a dog training facility in a Norfolk village.
Mr Welch has applied to South Norfolk Council retrospectively for an "extension and alteration works to the existing agricultural barn and a change of use to 'Dog training'” in Starston, near Harleston.

The work in Hardwick Road began earlier this year and has been completed.
The application form says opening hours for the facility would be between 8am to 8pm Monday to Sunday.
