A man accused of raping and assaulting women he met on Tinder while looking for “short term fun” has denied sex was without consent.
Jamie Kadolski, 24, of Ladysmith Road, Norwich, is on trial accused of 13 sexual offences on four women said to have been committed over an 18 month period.
Giving evidence in his own defence at Norwich Crown Court, he was questioned about his relationship with a woman who accuses him of rape after they met on the dating app in July 2022.

He said his Tinder profile had been set to “short term fun” and the pair had engaged in “back and forth chit chat” and flirting.
After meeting up they had gone back to his flat and had sex, the court was told.
He said: “We started seeing each other quite regularly until she took me to meet her family.”
Asked by his defence counsel Mitchell Cohen KC whether he had ever had sex, kissed, sexually touched or penetrated her while she was asleep without consent, he replied: “No”.
He also denied ever having put a dog collar on the woman so tight that she lost consciousness.
Questioned on what he would have done if she did not consent to sexual acts, he added: “I would have stopped. Then I would have checked that she was OK.”

Kadolski resigned from his role as a care assistant with the East of England Ambulance Service when the allegations came to light.
He previously worked as a health care assistant at Norfolk and Norwich Hospital.
The trial has heard pictures of himself in uniform were among those he used on his Tinder profile.
He no longer faces two further charges of raping a woman while she slept and false imprisonment of a woman who claimed she had been locked in a bathroom after the court ruled he had no case to answer.
The trail continues.
