Plans to turn a barn into a "luxurious" holiday let have been given the nod.
West Norfolk Council has agreed proposals to convert the building, which is part of the Manor Farm Estate at Clenchwarton, near King's Lynn.
Permission has been granted for a three-bed property with an indoor swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
A planning statement said the barn, which can not be seen from the road, is "of significant architectural merit".

It added the plans would respect "the intrinsic character of the original building".
A business plan submitted by the developers said: "The proposed conversion of an existing agricultural barn at Manor Farm into a luxurious holiday let is designed to enhance local tourism and bolster the economy of Clenchwarton, Norfolk."
It said the project would provide, "a serene retreat for visitors seeking an authentic countryside experience".
