A north Norfolk stately home has been named one of the most haunted places in the UK due to yearly sightings of a "headless" Anne Boleyn apparition.
Anne Boleyn was born on the Blickling estate, near Aylsham, between 1501 and 1507.
She became King Henry VIII's second wife in 1533 but was executed on May 19, 1536, after being accused of adultery, incest and conspiring against him.
People have reported seeing her ghost roaming Blickling on the anniversary of her death almost every year since.

She allegedly dresses all in white and carries her severed head.
Many have said she arrives in a coach driven by four headless horsemen who ride headless horses.
Some reports say she disappears once her coach reaches the front door of the hall but others say they have seen her inside the building.
These legends led The Independent to include Blickling Hall in its ranking of the most haunted locations in the UK.
Last week, The Telegraph similarly mentioned ghostly sightings at The Adam and Eve pub in Norwich and Castle Rising near King's Lynn.
