Plans have been revealed to turn a former plant nursery near King's Lynn into holiday lets.
West Norfolk council has received an application change the use of Duncans Nursery at Tilney All Saints.
A planning statement says the site off Lynn Road comprises "an overgrown waste area with redundant buildings and glass houses."

It adds that the plans for eight mobile homes will enhance the area and create jobs, as a groundskeeper and gardener will be needed to look after the site.
The application describes the plan as "a viable business opportunity" and says similar plans have been approved around Tilney, showing there is demand for holiday lets.
They include conversions of former cottages and outbuildings into holiday properties.
A decision is expected from West Norfolk council next year.
