Plans have been lodged to convert the upper floors of a closed chip shop into flats. 

The application, lodged with North Norfolk District Council by Diving Lettings Ltd, proposes transforming the upper floors of Kelly's Plaice in North Walsham into four flats.

It proposes creating four flats comprising of a mixture of one and two-bed flats.

Kelly's Plaice closed its doors after 20 years in business earlier this year.
