A child sexual abuse charity has appointed a new ambassador.
Brave Futures, which supports children and young people in Norfolk and Suffolk who have been sexually abused, has welcomed Chris Sargisson as its new ambassador.
Mr Sargisson, known for his work in business transformation and advocacy for survivors, aims to raise awareness and support for those affected by child sexual abuse.
His journey as an advocate started after he waived his right to anonymity following the conviction of one of his former schoolteachers.

Mr Sargisson said: “It’s in the name and so the culture of the organisation.
"Brave Futures seeks to create positive outcomes from the most challenging, awful experiences a child could encounter.
"With the bravery of young people comes a future that, for many, at the start was unimagined.”
Mr Sargisson wants to expand the charity’s reach and support more survivors.
Despite his challenging start in life, including an early departure from formal education and a late diagnosis of dyslexia, Mr Sargisson found success and co-founded one of the UK's leading online car insurance brokers.
