An Italian restaurant has shared the grand opening date for its latest Suffolk eatery.
Il Salvatore announced it would be taking over the former Plough pub in Lakenheath back in August.
Following a significant renovation of the Mill Road site, Il Salvatore has announced it will open its doors to customers at midday on Friday, October 25.
In a post on social media, the owners said: "We look forward to seeing you all then," and advised to book opening day tables in advance.

The opening of the new restaurant comes after the closure of Il Salvatore in Brandon in March 2023.
The Brandon eatery was known for being a social media sensation with its picture perfect flower walls and vibrant cocktails.
The team behind Il Salvatore also ran Silhouette in Norwich, a similar Italian eatery with a range of creative cocktails.
The Timber Hill restaurant opened in January 2023 but announced earlier this week it would be closing due to "many factors and some unforeseen circumstances."
