A former pub is set to go to auction.
The Heath House first opened in Gertrude Road, Norwich, in 1936 but has sat empty since its closure in 2021.
The future of the premises has been debated in the years since.
According to Auction House East Anglia, full planning permission has been granted to turn it into a six-bedroom detached house.

The owner recently requested this be changed to three substantial flats, but the decision has been held due to nutrient neutrality concerns.
An Auction House spokesman said Heath House was "a viable investment" and suggested it could be returned to a pub "subject to planning".
The venue has a large bar area and a separate conservatory and dining space to the rear.
There is also a kitchen, parking for several cars and a fenced garden.
On the first floor there is a separate accommodation space with three bedrooms and a roof terrace.
Beside the pub, there is a bowling green which is being sold separately.
The freehold guide price is £250,000 to £300,000 and the auction will be held via live stream at 11am on Wednesday, October 23.
