A man has admitted stalking his former partner by calling her 40 times and turning up at her workplace.
Jack Crust, 24, ignored bail to continue to approach the woman over three months despite conditions banning contact.
Norwich Magistrates’ Court was told the relationship between the couple had ended in January 2024 but he had continued to pursue her.
His actions included accosting her at her place of work, giving her a card, calling her 40 times and approaching her in a nightclub.

Nicola Lamb, prosecuting, said: “She had made clear that this was unwanted but he wasn’t allowing her to move on.”
Crust, of High Street in Wymondham, pleaded guilty to stalking between January 1 and March 23.
David Foulkes, mitigating, said the pair had been in a relationship for three years but the break-up had come during a “difficult period” that also coincided with the death of his mother.
He was made the subject of a two year restraining order and ordered to pay fines and costs of £385.
