An award-winning North Norfolk hotel has come up for sale for £1.7m
The Beechwood Hotel, 20 Cromer Road, in North Walsham has come up for sale for a cool £1,750,000.
The hotel has been run by its current owners, Emma and Hugh Asher, for the last 10 years.
The hotel has won several awards over the years, including two AA Rosettes and a four Star AA rating, and made it into the most romantic hotels list in TripAdvisor's Travellers' Choice Awards in 2022.
It is being marketed by Colliers.
