The winner of Channel 4's Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins trained at a Norfolk fitness retreat ahead of the show.

Georgia Harrison, 29, first found fame as a contestant on ITV's Love Island and a cast member on The Only Way is Essex.

As well as appearing on reality shows, she is an award-winning activist.

She fronted the ITV documentary Revenge Porn: Georgia vs Bear, which followed her as she fought a court case against her ex Stephen Bear and won. 

On Monday night's final of the gruelling reality series Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, Harrison was one of two winners alongside boxer Lani Daniels.

She posted photos to her 1.3 million Instagram followers thanking those who helped her prepare.

This included No1 Bootcamp in Heacham on the Norfolk coast.

She wrote: "A lot of the trainers have military backgrounds, which meant not just in the weeks leading up to the course but actually over the years of going there I really adapted the mindset and understanding I needed as well as my physical strength."

Her training also involved "swimming fully clothed in the Norfolk sea".
