Traffic was halted at a major roundabout near Norwich after a driver who had failed to stop for police was caught.
Norfolk Constabulary received information at 7.15pm on Thursday that a vehicle had entered the county which had previously not stopped for officers.
Roads policing officers eventually stopped the vehicle on the A11 at Thickthorn with traffic halted while the driver was spoken to.
The driver was reported for having no driving licence and no insurance.
