The owner of a shop in the Golden Triangle has announced the date that the store will be closing.

Rambling Wild in Unthank Road will be leaving the city street on October 20 as owner Mary Brooks announces plans to move the business fully online.

A lifestyle change has prompted the shake-up, with Mary now a mother of three and the online site growing.

She said: "We are going to try to get rid of as much of our stock as possible.

"This is so we can start afresh with the online business, with the new stock mostly homeware and lifestyle products.

"I want to scale it back and focus on selling items that we love.

"Lots of our stock can't be found elsewhere in Norwich and our online shop is already quite busy, so we can hit the ground running."

There will be a pause on floristry workshops for the rest of the year while Mary finds her feet with the new way of working.

Rambling Wild first opened in Unthank Road at the end of 2021 and started its life selling flowers, homewares and accessories.

The shop was first advertised with Arnold Keys in July.

Mary has hinted that a new business is already lined up to move into the former shop, but it has not yet been revealed what it may be.
