Plans to demolish a bungalow and replace it with two new homes have been refused for a third time.
Darren Heffer applied to knock down the property and its garage on School Road at Heacham, near King's Lynn and build two three-bed chalet bungalows on the site.
A planning statement said they would be built to modern standards and create "a more sustainable new living environment" promoting "an active lifestyle and sense of wellbeing".

But Heacham Parish Council objected, saying the plans would cram two properties on a site intended for one, with insufficient garden space.
Six supporting comments were received by West Norfolk Council.
One said: "As an older person wanting to move out of a family size house with garden too large for my capabilities, I disagree with the parish council objection. I have spent the last 18 months trying to find a property similar to those in this proposal."
But the council's planning portal says the development has been turned down.
Plans to demolish the bungalow and replace it with new homes were refused twice in 2022.
