A former army surplus shop could be turned into three new flats.
Developer PHI 531 Capital has applied for planning permission to convert the former Hooper's Army Surplus store, near the bus station in King's Lynn.
A planning statement says the building, on Albion Street, was empty for some time before being bought at auction.

It adds: "A general lack of investment and maintenance has led to the property becoming run down and it will now require substantial investment to bring it back to an adequate standard.
"The proposed application seeks to convert the existing retail and store areas to residential by converting the available space to three residential self-contained flats with individual entrances."
If given the go-ahead, the building will be turned into two one-bed and one two-bed flats.
A decision is expected next year.
