A leisure centre in south Norfolk could be demolished under plans to refurbish the facility.
Redenhall with Harleston Town Council is seeking to knock down the community gym in Wilderness Lane and completely transform the site.
The current centre has squash and tennis courts, events rooms and an outdoor gym but could be demolished and extended as part of a revamp project.
The council is exploring several options for the future of the site after a survey showed a "widespread desire" for a community centre in the area.

One of these options would see the building demolished and rebuilt with an extension to house a new community space as well as town council offices.
The authority is considering an alternative plan that would also include an upper floor, dedicated to a gym and additional facilities.
Neither of these possible designs includes the retention of the existing squash courts, but the council said it remains "committed to exploring all possible options".
Redenhall with Harleston Town Council is hosting a public viewing session at the leisure centre on October 16 to allow locals to view initial designs.
