Plans have been drawn up for a new self-build home in a rural village.
A developer named in planning papers as R Wilson has applied for permission for a new house on land off Hill Road at Ingoldisthorpe, near King's Lynn.
A planning statement says: "The proposal is for a modest four bedroom dwelling that sits comfortably on the site and meets the applicant’s requirements for a home.

"The proposal offers an additional sustainable dwelling to the village that will sit comfortably in the locality and within the village development boundary."
The statement says the site is "excessive garden to Warren Farm that in recent years has become unkempt". It adds it once housed a chicken coop.
A new access will be provided onto Hill Road, while the garden of the new house will be planted with native trees and pollinator-friendly flowers.
A decision is expected early next year.
