It will take place in its Marshside Bar, which overlooks Brancaster Bay tidal marsh and beyond towards Scolt Head Island.
Rob Williamson, general manager of the White Horse, said: "It’s October and the season to celebrate this fabulous mollusc.
"The White Horse has become quite famous for showcasing the amazing Brancaster Bay mussels grown and harvested at the bottom of our garden supplied by village fisherman Tom Large from Brancaster Bay Shellfish.
"We look forward to welcoming all to taste the mussel ‘harvest’."
