A crash on the A1066 created a major build up of traffic in both ways with emergency services at the scene.
Police were called to Victoria Road in Diss at 9.15 am following reports of a crash involving two cars outside the Shell petrol station.
Ambulance services attended but no major injuries were reported.
Emergency services remained at the scene while the vehicles were moved, causing part of the road to remain partially closed.
The road is now cleared with traffic returning to normal.
