Heavy traffic built up on the A134 after reports of a crash between two vehicles outside a petrol station.
Police were called just before 10.50am to Bury Road northbound just outside Thetford after reports of a collision.
The incident involved a car and a lorry and left both drives without injuries.
The road was partially blocked but is now clear.
