Here are five dogs found as strays who are now looking for their forever homes in Norfolk.
The pooches were found by the Animal Warden Services and after being unclaimed are now up for adoption with PACT Animal Sanctuary.
1. Chester
Eight-year-old Chester is described as "an affectionate and confident" Boston Terrier cross.
After struggling with a kennel environment he has been matched with a foster home where he is described as “the perfect house guest”.
Staff at PACT say Chester greets everyone with a waggy tail and thrives on companionship.
He would need to be the only dog in his new home and could live with children aged 12 years and upwards.
2. Alfred
Four-year-old Alfred is described by staff as "affectionate" and enjoys the company of his carers, seeking fuss and attention during downtime.
He is house-trained and has a very good understanding and response to basic commands.

He walks well on a lead but as with all sighthounds, PACT recommends that Alfred is exercised wearing a muzzle due to the breed's high prey drive.
Alfred loves to play and will require a decent-sized garden with secure boundaries to enjoy his "zoomies" safely.
3. Cooper
Cooper is a friendly, crossbreed dog believed to be around two years old.
He is playful and affectionate and loves playing with toys and sniffing out new areas on walks.
He doesn't seem to have had any prior training so needs an owner that can dedicate time towards him
Staff say Cooper’s biggest love is his human companions and the interaction they have with him so he requires an owner that will be home with him the majority of the time.
4. Koda
Koda is an eight-year-old husky "with a heart as big as his fluffy coat".
Despite being a stray, he arrived at the sanctuary in good condition and had no health concerns.
Koda is described as "one of the friendliest dogs going" and loves fuss and attention.

He enjoys his walks and the opportunity to explore the outdoors.
Koda has a lot of fur so grooming would need to be a part of his daily routine.
5. Babet
Poor Babet has been waiting for a new family since being brought to PACT last November in a "sorry state".
A spokesman for the charity said: "He was underweight and struggling with an old injury to one of his toes which subsequently meant that he had to have it removed.
"This does not affect Babet and will not cause him any future issues."
The young lurcher is believed to be about three years old and enjoys nothing more than snoozing on a comfy duvet.
According to staff, he loves cuddles and attention and greets anyone he meets with a "waggy tail".
