The sentencing of three men and a woman involved in a fight at a Norfolk holiday park has been adjourned after it emerged one of the defendants had "gone back to Ireland".

John Connors, 52, Ned Cash, 21, Patrick Donovan, 29 and Rachel Harrison, 37, were involved in a fracas at the Vauxhall Holiday Park in Great Yarmouth.

Following the incident on October 28 last year, Connors, of HMP Stocken, Leicestershire; Cash, from London; Donovan, of HMP Chelmsford and Harrison, of Worcester Road, Wisbech, have all admitted affray.

Donovan has also admitted assault by beating of an emergency worker, assault by beating and using threatening or abusive words and behaviour and Harrison has admitted wounding.

The case was listed for sentencing at Norwich Crown Court on Friday with three of the four defendants present, although Cash did not appear in the dock.

Defendants in the dock shouted out "Mr Cash has gone back to Ireland, he won't be coming".

A warrant was issued for the arrest of Cash while sentencing was adjourned until November 7 to allow updated pre-sentence reports to be obtained for some other defendants, including Harrison.
