A business park on the outskirts of a leafy village is hoping to expand.
South Creake Business park has applied to build 11 new units on land off Pine Drove at South Creake.
It says in a planning statement: "The proposal seeks to cater for the demand for space from existing and new business owners at South Creake Business Park that need more or different sized units.

"All existing units are fully occupied with a need for further good quality business units in this location."
It says the proposed units will provide "high quality, energy efficient commercial business spaces" using sustainable materials and technologies.
It adds the site is next to existing commercial units and will help to provide jobs and economic growth.
