A contestant on Great British Bake Off from Norfolk made history in week one as the hit show returned to our screens last night.
Illiyin Morrison from Norwich received one of Paul Hollywood's famous 'handshakes' less than 30 minutes into the show.
The gesture signifies amazing baking and he rewarded it for the 31-year-old cinnamon roll loaf cake.
