A piece of BT cable has been stolen in a heist next to the A47.
The five-foot piece of telecoms wire was stolen from next to the major road in Lowestoft, just north of Blundeston Road.
Police believe the incident happened between 5pm on September 18 and 8am the following day.

In the theft, a manhole cover was lifted and a fence was damaged to get to the cable.
Police are now appealing to the public for anyone who may have witnessed the theft.
Anybody who has information is asked to contact Suffolk Constabulary on 101 quoting reference 37/53557/24.
