A climate action conference is set to take place in Halesworth.
The Halesworth Climate Action Conference, focusing on land and food, will run from September 27 to 29 at St Mary's Church.
On the Friday at 6.30pm, Adrian Ramsay, the new MP for Waveney Valley, will open the conference, followed by a discussion inspired by BBC Radio’s The Moral Maze.
The panel will feature experts like Professor Peter Hobson, Glen Buckingham, Fe Morris, Richard Symes, and Rebecca Mayhew.
The session will be chaired by Josiah Meldrum, co-founder of Hodmedods.

The Saturday will see invited guests from the Waveney and Blythburgh clusters of farms discussing the challenges they face due to climate change.
There will also be discussions on local food projects and updates on initiatives from last year’s conference.
On the Sunday, St Mary's will host a special church service focusing on the farming community.
Attendees are welcome for all or any part of the conference, with the Friday night requiring pre-booking.
