The Norfolk coast has claimed two top-ranking spots in a list of the most relaxing beaches across the UK.
Spa Seekers, a spa package company, has ranked a number of Norfolk sites among the best for relaxation.
The study counted the number of times the words 'relaxing' and 'relax' were used in online travel reviews of beaches.
Gorleston took spot number 11, while Cromer was 19th.

A spokesman for Spa Seekers said: "Whether taking a peaceful stroll down the promenade or pier or sitting on the sand to listen to the waves gently roll in, both beaches provide a perfect spot to retreat and recharge.
"Cromer’s iconic Victorian pier attracts many tourists in peak months though, so for optimal relaxation, consider visiting in less busy times, or visiting Gorleston, which has a quieter vibe compared to some of its neighbouring coastal spots.”
