Witnesses have reported seeing a car overturn on the A47.
Police and ambulance were called to the scene on the Norwich-bound carriageway near North Burlingham at around 6.30pm.
Queues built up in both directions but, according to the AA traffic map, they have since eased.
The extent of any injuries currently remains unknown but the police and ambulance services have been contacted for comment.
