A car burst into flames following a crash in north Norfolk.

Police were called to New Road, North Walsham, at 10.55am on Friday after reports of a two-vehicle collision close to the fire station and Post Office.

One of the vehicles had caught alight.

A fire crew from North Walsham attended and put out the flames while police closed the street at the Happisburgh Road end.

A Sanders Coaches spokesman said buses will run from the Park Lane stop instead of the Travel Hub at the library.

A police spokeswoman confirmed no injuries had been reported.
