From candlelight tours to a three-day Christmas market, a whole host of festive events are planned for the Holkham Estate.
1. Holkham Hall by Candlelight
When: Select dates from November 29-December 30 (guided tours December 5, 12, 16), various times
Price: Adults: £32-£39, children (2-16): £16-£19.50, under 2s: free, pre-booking required
Get into the festive spirit with a spectacular candlelit tour of Holkham Hall as you explore the decorated state rooms.

2. Carols in the Courtyard
When: December 12, 5pm-6pm
Price: Free entry
A festive sing-along with YourChoir and Reverend Brenda Stewart, with donations encouraged for mental health charity Norfolk and Waveney Mind.
3. Christmas Market
When: December 13: 12noon-7pm, December 14 and 15: 10am-4pm
Price: Free entry
Due to popular demand, the Holkham Christmas Market, offering local food, drink and crafts, extends to three days in 2024.
4. Christmas Workshops
When: Various dates in November and December
Price: Dependent on activity, pre-booking required
From oil painting to wreath making, have a wholesome time and learn a new skill.

5. Canine Carol Service
When: December 21, time TBC
Price: Free entry
Expect heartwarming carols, poetry and readings with a dog-related theme and fancy dress is encouraged.

An Audience with Father Christmas is not included above as it has sold out.
