An ex-racing greyhound is looking for a forever home after his owner had to give him up due to ill health.

Stevie Gee, who is four years old, is currently up for adoption at the Dogs Trust Rehoming Centre in Snetterton.

His carers have described him as a "friendly boy who enjoys fuss" and “gets excited to go on an adventure”.

They added that he enjoys running around and would need a secure fence as "he can jump quite high".

Stevie Gee could join a home with children of primary school age and older and a family with an existing dog following a meeting at the rescue centre.

The greyhound will need help learning the basics once in his new home and, being an ex-racing dog, he should be on a lead at all times when out in public.

Once settled in his new home, Stevie Gee could be built up to being left for short periods of time.
